Very brief post on a new bistro that has opened fairly recently in the Yoyogi Hachiman area. Quick post as it’s not really a beer place, but a post nonetheless for one particular reason that I will mention below. – Quite fancy bistro cafe and is therefore naturally focused on food rather than beer.
